Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

We ship our products all over the mainland of Europe, Norway & Switzerland. For the UK market, we currently only ship to British companies. When you enter the country of delivery in the checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. If your country is not listed in the checkout, please contact [email protected] to check for the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders/items not in stock have an estimated delivery time of 8-12 weeks. You can find the information about current delivery time for each product in its product description. Please note that the delivery time stated on the website is preliminary. Occasionally delays can occur due to traffic, weather, breakdowns and other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, Von Chadaux will get you informed as soon as possible.

We normally use DHL for the delivery of your product. Delivery normally takes place on weekday's between 8 am to 5 pm. You will be notified by telephone / mail / sms by the carrier in advance. Please note that the delivery time stated on the website is preliminary. DHL will deliver to your plot boundary/street entrance. Carry-in delivery cannot be purchased as an extra service from Von Chadaux.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

In cases where the parcels are returned to Von Chadaux from the shipping company because the client/receiver 1) has not been reachable on Supplied Notification Phone; 2) refused to package upon delivery; or 3) stated false name, address or contact details, Von Chadaux will charge the client all the shipping costs.


If DHL agreed with the receiver on the day and time of delivery, but the receiver is not in place at the time of delivery, an additional fee of €39 incl VAT will be added for a new delivery attempt.


DAMAGED GOODS/MISSING PACKAGES   

Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us, you have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company connected with the receipt. Ask the driver to note the damage. If you discover hidden defects/transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible to Von Chadaux.


At any transport damage contact [email protected] and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possibly damaged packaging and provide the email with your order number. To claim damaged goods to the shipping company, we need to notify transport damage to the shipping company within 1-3 work days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within that time.

If the transport provided without endorsement, by proxy, the transport may not be claimed.

RETURN

When you make a purchase at Vonchadaux.com you always have 14 days of withdrawal.

The 14 days starts from the date the customer receives the product. For an exchange or return, all transport costs will be charged. We also charge an administration fee of €39.

How to make a return
Contact our customer service and ask for a return shipping label. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired. E-mail: [email protected]

Please note that for the return to be accepted the item should not have been in use. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received. This also applies to all the original packaging and labels on the items.

Von Chadaux is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment, therefore, send you return well packaged. We recommend you to ask for a receipt when you send items back to Von Chadaux. If the returned product is used to a greater extent than is required to determine its characteristics and function, Vonchadaux.com is entitled to claim compensation for the depreciation of the product. Up to 100% deductions can be made if returned products are used, damaged or otherwise impaired, which means that we can not sell them.


REFUND

We will use the same reimbursement payment method that you have used for the initial business event after the return has been received and approved by us. Shipping costs are not refunded. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Refunds usually takes 14 working days.
