By approving our Terms and Conditions, you as a customer enter into a binding agreement with Von Chadaux.
Once payment and order has been accepted, an order confirmation is sent automatically by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This email is acknowledgment of the purchasing contract between you and us. This order confirmation also works like a warranty certificate upon full payment. Von Chadaux makes reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. You will be contacted and given an opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.
You can select the items you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. You are required to provide a correct address for delivery of the goods.
If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!
For items in stock
Cancellation of order is only possible for items in stock and before the product is dispatched. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from Von Chadaux by e-mail. For cancellation by customer, Von Chadaux will charge you an administration fee of 590 SEK/59 euro.
All of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, each item purchased on preorder is made especially for you and reserved in our shipment. For this reason, we ask that you choose carefully as we cannot offer refund for preordered items. We will not be able to make a refund if you insist to cancel your order, or for any reason cannot or refuse to receive your preordered items.
Occasionally delays can occur due to traffic, weather, breakdowns and other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, Von Chadaux will get you informed as soon as possible.
All dining & console tables in exclusive, selected marble stone such as Calacatta Viola, Arabescato, Statuario, Carrara & Onyx stones are made-to-order.
Due to the high value, we are offering all customers ordering dining tables or console tables to choose/see the slabs before production if you wish. We’d also be happy to show you the sketch on how we plan to cut the tabletop and bases from the slabs.

MADE TO ORDER PROCEDURE
We will send pictures on the slabs currently available for producing your table. Please note that these slabs are not reserved for you until the payment is made. The shown slabs can be sold to another client who has placed the order before you.
If you accept the chosen slabs, you can place your order in any of the following ways.

After the advance payment has been made, we will also be happy to show you the sketch on how we plan to cut the tabletop and bases from the slabs.
We accept the following forms of payments:
We use 3D Secure which is a global security standard developed by Visa and Mastercard for internet payment. The transfer is encrypted, which means that no unauthorized person can obtain your card details. The money is deducted from your card when you approve the purchase. Payment is via Nets. All communication between the store and your bank is handled by Nets and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We thus never have access to the card information and can therefore not register or store your card details. When paying by card, fill in your card number, the card's expiry date and CVC / CVV code.
If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected] and please also attach pictures in your complaint mail. All complaints are subject to Von Chadauxs approval before they are sent back. Von Chadaux will cover the shipping cost for wrong deliveries and accepted complaints.
For all returns, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received them. All returned goods including faulty or damaged items must be wrapped in packaging. Items without packaging will not be accepted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging if you would like to return the goods. Please be careful with opening the packaging in which the products are delivered and if possible repackage the products in the original (or similar) packaging before returning the products to us.
Please note that for sales to companies, complaint period is within 14 days after receiving the item, which means that you need to inspect the product and report any damage/defect to us within this period.
Von Chadaux shall not be responsible for any damages caused by improper handling or treatment. All our products are for indoor use only.
Marble is a natural product, and as such imperfect. That’s a part of its charm. Imperfections and superficial fossils can remain even after polishing. These imperfections should not be confused with actual damage. In fact, there’s a name for the small cracks, holes or rough spots you might find in the marble – taroli. Variations like these are not viewed as flaws or defects subject to complaint.
Von Chadaux reserve the right for printing errors and colour deviations in products presented at Vonchadaux.com. We strive to reproduce colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee that the pictures shown in the webshop accurately reflect reality. Due to difference in display settings on your computer etc colors may vary.
We reserve the right to retrospectively correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery. We reserve the right for any errors in product info as well as price and availability. Even after completing the purchase and sent order confirmation, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time for any printing errors. If a product in Von Chadaux range has expired or for any other reason are not available, Von Chadaux is not obligated to provide such a product. Once the customer has placed an order, Von Chadaux can not change the order, return conditions apply.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where this is applicable.
If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's permission to order from us.
Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Von Chadaux reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicion of fraud.
Purchases of items at Vonchadaux.com are subject to Swedish law. Any disputes are decided by the ordinary Swedish courts.
