We ship our products all over the mainland of Europe, Norway, Switzerland & the UK. When you enter the country of delivery in the checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. If your country is not listed in the checkout, please contact [email protected] to check for the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders/items not in stock have an estimated delivery time of 8-12 weeks. You can find the information about current delivery time for each product in its product description.
Unfortunately carry-in delivery cannot be purchased as an extra service from Von Chadaux. DHL will deliver to your plot boundary/street entrance. Please notice that the table-top and the table-base of all dining tables will be delivered in separate cartons, making them easier for you to carry and better protected for safer shipping.
Our company is registered in the UK. This means that when ordering from us, it will be no different than purchasing from an UK-based company.
We will charge you with British VAT added just like an UK-based company. The final price in GBP you see in the checkout will be the final cost for you. There will be no extra taxes, duties or customs added, and we will handle all the paperwork related to the Brexit for you. You just relax and wait for DHL to call you for the booking of your home delivery. We will arrange the shipment and the transport insurance is included & covered by us.

We do sell TAXFREE to Norway & Switzerland. In the checkout, you’ll see the tax deduction for the Swedish VAT. When the products have arrived in your country, the customs will charge you the local VAT instead and eventual customs duty. You don’t need to do any paperwork for the import, we will handle the whole process.
We always reserve you the right to exchange or return your ordered items within 14 days after you’ve received them. We will refund you the purchase price within 14 working days after we have received and accepted your return. For an exchange or return, all transport costs will be charged.
Please note that for the return to be accepted the item should not have been in use. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received. Yes, for projects such as hotels, restaurants and real estate we are open to discussion about custom-made pieces. Unfortunately, custom-orders would be too expensive for singular pieces.
All our marble tables in Natural Marble Category are sealed so they have been treated with end use in mind and the surface is repellent to liquids and dirt. The special stone sealer provides the optimal compromise between a natural finish and functionality. Please keep in mind that tables made from natural marble & stone needs to be looked after. It is strongly recommended that any spill should be wiped off immediately. We also recommend that the marble sealer is reapplied every 8–12 months depending on the type and the amount of use.
All our marble tables in the Coated Marble Category have a marble core and a laminated surface. The smooth surface is treated during a multi-step-process carefully developed to protect the stone against acidic substances and create the right appearance by applying the desired marble pattern. This makes it a good choice when you want a low maintenance solution. All thanks to its laminated top featuring an extra strong resin protection which result in a very durable surface.
